1. Introduction

At Renzo Roastery & Specialty Coffee, we are committed to delivering high-quality specialty coffee. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order—except for perishable goods (e.g., coffee).

Eligible Returns:

✔ Unopened, unused non-perishable items (e.g., coffee accessories, brewing equipment) can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
✔ Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

❌ Freshly roasted coffee and other perishable goods (due to food safety regulations).
❌ Opened or used brewing equipment (unless defective).
❌ Gift cards and digital products.

3. Returning an Item

To start a return, please contact us at info@renzo.coffee with your order number and reason for return.

Return Process:

  1. Send us a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. We will provide return instructions. You must ship the item back within 14 days of approval.
  3. Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund if eligible.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days via your original payment method.
❌ Rejected returns (if the item is used or damaged) will not be refunded.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), we cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
