At Fazenda El Dorado, located in Brazil’s celebrated Alta Mogiana region, brothers Elvis and Jean Vilhena Faleiros continue a legacy of over 100 years of coffee farming. The farm sits between 1080 and 1270 meters above sea level and is shaped by a unique microclimate—rivers, lakes, and altitude all contributing to slow cherry maturation and layered flavor development.
After harvest, the coffee is carefully sun-dried and rests for 30 days in wooden boxes. The result is a cup that balances softness with complexity—a reflection of both tradition and innovation.
“So much of what we do is rooted in care—care for the land, for the process, and for every bean,” say the brothers. “This coffee is a product of patience, precision, and passion.”
We roasted this coffee for espresso (machines) and this gives us smooth and sweet with notes of caramel, chocolate, and vanilla. A rounded body with a comforting toasted finish.
